What does Poz mean?
Poz means HIV-positive; with modern treatment, poz people live full lives and, when undetectable, cannot transmit HIV sexually.

Poz is community shorthand for HIV-positive. Thanks to modern antiretroviral treatment, people living with HIV lead long, healthy lives, and effective treatment leads to an undetectable viral load.
