What does Twink mean?
A twink is a younger-looking, slim, usually smooth (little body hair) gay or bi man.

Twink describes a youthful, slender, typically hairless look. It is one of the most widely recognized gay tribes and refers to appearance and style rather than exact age — everyone involved is, of course, an adult.
The term is used affectionately and as self-description by many. Some find it flattering and some do not, so as with any label, let people define themselves.
Twink sits at one end of a spectrum that includes twunks, otters, and jocks, and people often move between descriptors over time.
